Please note that we ship in-stock merchandise SAME DAY, therefore timing is crucial when cancelling an order. Please understand that due to the high volume of e-mails received at Medic Batteries, we do not guarantee that e-mail cancellation requests will be handled in time for an order to be cancelled. Therefore, we highly recommend that you call our Customer Service Department to cancel your order.
To cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact customer service at 1-800-479-6334 before 3PM EST the day your order was placed M-F.
If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.
If the item you wish to cancel has already shipped and cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the item subject to our Return Policy (click here for details).
