Return Policy

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. For any returns or exchanges, please contact Customer Service at Medic Batteries first.

You may return or exchange the product within 14 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition. You must first request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting Customer Service.

In the event that your order is incorrect, damaged or defective, please call us within 14 days so we can promptly resolve the issue.

Products properly returned according to these guidelines are eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. (For defective products or those that were shipped in error, we will also refund related shipping charges.) Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Upon receipt and processing of the return, we will credit you for the total purchase price (not including shipping and handling), less any applicable restocking fees. Restocking fees of 20% -25% may apply. Please keep in mind that credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits.
