Medic Batteries is based in Ohio, requiring we charge sales tax on orders shipped in the state of Ohio only. For customers residing in states other than Ohio, please be advised that your state may charge a ‘use’ tax on your out-of-state online purchases.

Tax Exempt Organizations (for Ohio Taxes only)

Many of our customers are tax-exempt organizations. Many existing customers are already established as tax-exempt in our off-line system but may not be set up online. In order to purchase with a tax-exempt status online, you must first establish a user account online. Then call us and fax your documentation, and we will gladly set up your organization as tax-exempt for online purchasing,
