Backordered Items

Periodically, due to the overwhelming popularity of an item, a product must be placed on backorder. If your order includes an item that is backordered, you will be notified by Customer Service via phone or email with additional details.

In order to make this process more efficient, you can add to your address book, or uncheck your spam folder. If you do not receive a phone call, your item is probably not backordered. Please call our Customer Service Department if you have any questions, at any time, regarding an order that you placed.
