Battery Tip 1: Store your batteries in a cool, dry place: While not necessary to keep batteries in the refrigerator, keeping your batteries cool or at room temperature keeps the battery from losing power before or between uses
Battery Tip 2: Read your devices and only insert the proper size battery in the directed way. Using the wrong batteries could damage not only your battery casing and power but your device as well
Battery Tip 3: Keep you batteries clean, rubbing any dirt or moisture off with a cloth
Battery Tip 4: Turn off battery powered devices when not in use to preserve energy
Battery Tip 5: During travel, cover your batteries with a battery cap to stop them from conducting against other metal objects, such as loose change or wires. If your batteries do not have covers, pack them away from metal.
